About us
Sunrise Village Cottage is named after the rising energy of the sun. The complex consists of 4 cottages and 4 duplexes with their own land for a garden or BBQ area. The common area includes a children’s or sports playground and guest parking. For the convenience of the townspeople, services are organized: security, garbage collection, cleaning and landscaping of the common area.
Location
Cottage town Sunrise Village is located 16 km from Kiev on the Odessa highway, in the village. Krushinka, Vasylkiv district. The capital can be reached by car in 20-30 minutes.
There are private houses and other cottage towns around, so this project fits perfectly into the infrastructure.
Not far from the town there is a birch grove where you can walk, and fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the proximity to several lakes.
Infrastructure
The town is located near the Krushyn village council. Krushyn Secondary School is a 5-minute drive away, and a 10-minute drive away for children is the Daisy Kindergarten and the Children's Country Development Center. The village has a House of Culture, which has sports and creative clubs for children. Not far from the complex there are two football fields where you can play sports.
In the nearby village of Glevakha, a 10-minute drive away, is the Oltom family medicine clinic and dentistry.
In addition to the grocery store near the cottage town, another one is open in the district. The supermarkets "Nash Krai", "Mini-Market", "Central" and "Fora" need about 10-15 minutes drive. There you will find Sakana Sushi, Adonis, Ukrainka and ZizyaTaDysch Local Pub.
